On Thursday, August 14, crews will begin milling Jefferson Street from 16th Street to 28th Street. Paving will begin Monday, August 18, weather-permitting. Residents who live along this stretch of Jefferson Street are requested to avoid on-street parking while milling and paving operations are underway.
Please use caution, watch for the work crews, and respect the traffic control devices. Crews will work to maintain access to residents and businesses and provide one lane of traffic flow; however, there may be brief times when traffic may need to detour due to an intermittent closure. Flaggers will be present.
